About Us

Who we are?

Established in 2016, The Consumer Magazine is an independent, non-profit organisation dedicated to getting consumers a fairer deal.
As you may be aware, the process of choosing the right product that best suits your needs is not easy as there are several different options to choose from in the market, and you may not know what will work for you! That is where we come in!
We are helping non-profit organizations and would like to share our experience with you! Our team of product researchers and specialists extensively research and experiment with the quality, safety, and affordability of a wide range of products on the market.

We are here to help you achieve the results you deserve ASAP. Choosing a poor and low-quality product will leave you frustrated and out of pocket. We extensively research virtually all products to provide a comprehensive review of each one. Our reviews will save you time and money by recommending the right product to you.

How Can We Help You?

We are committed to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information so you can make an informed choice. If you have any questions, comments, or if you'd like to recommend a product to us to review, please contact us.

How we're funded

Our work is primarily funded via consumers who pay to access our member-only information and advice, also help fund our research, investigations and campaigns aimed at helping all consumers get a fairer deal. Other funds are sourced from business programmes and contract work, mostly with government agencies. We also rely on donations.

How do we find the best product?

We went out and compared some of the top products to see which ones really worked and which ones are useless.
What we've done is taken out all of the guessing, research, frustration, and filtered out the scams and we will compile a list of the most usefull products on the market.

What we do

  1. Test products and services, and recommend which we think are best
  2. Investigate issues we reckon consumers need to know more about
  3. Mystery shop and survey to keep businesses honest
  4. Advise thousands of consumers about their rights and how to exercise them
  5. Campaign to get laws and regulations changed to benefit consumers
  6. Recommend businesses you can trust
